100 Days of Healthy

So the other day my friend Lex gave me an idea to do
100 days of healthy.

I am a sucker for these kind of health kicks (although sometimes I dont follow through)
so, of course I agreed.

Here are a few things that I am going to work on:



Blog more..


Exercise more than an hour each day.
(and hopefully have a body like this someday)


Eat healthier.


And the hardest one of all, give up ALL sweets.
(I've never been successful at doing this but I am going to try my hardest.)

So if anyone wants to join me in this 100 days of healthy, you totally should!
I have many weddings soon so I need to look smashing for them.

    training for a 1/2 marathon.
